  • Ultrasound scans which are done in early pregnancy are known as Obstetrics Early.
  • This scan is done between 7-12 weeks of the pregnancy.
  • The bladder should be full to get clear images of the ultrasound done.
  • It takes about 10–15 minutes to perform the same.
  • It is a safe test without any pain.
